PARTY PACKAGE OPTIONS

Basic Skate Party

$250 (plus tax)

Our “Basically the Best” party package. Is anything but basic. This is perfect for smaller groups and excellent for busy parents on the go.

What’s included? BASICALLY EVERYTHING!

Party Host from start to finish (set up and clean up).
2 Hours in party space (this includes any additional set up).
1 Guest of Honor skates FREE (not included in skating guest total).
Admission & skate rental for 10 Skating Guests (Non-skating spectators are not included in this total).
Additional Skaters allowed up to 20 @ $12 each.
Happy Birthday Song ( Rink wide shout out)
2 Whole 16″ Pizzas (Your choice pepperoni or cheese). 8 Slices per pizza.
2 Pitchers of Soda (Your choice)
Paper Products: Plates, cups, Napkins, forks, tablecloths. (Decor color may vary based on availability).
A table is provided for your cake/cupcakes/gifts
Magnetic Dry Erase Board for photos/Decor/Birthday messages.
Cake/Cupcake(s) are allowed to be brought into the rink. NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINK PLEASE.
$50 Non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Deposit will be applied to remaining balance at the conclusion of your event. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance parties may be rescheduled within 365 days.

VIP Skate Party

$450 (plus tax)

This package is reserved for our Very Important Skaters. It is great for larger groups/class parties and for groups preferring a semi-private atmosphere.

What’s included? Extra VIP Swag for our finest Guest of honor.

Party Host from start to finish (set up and clean up).
2 Hours in party space (this includes any additional set up).
1 Guest of Honor Skates FREE (not included in skating guest total).
VIP Swag Bag for Guest of Honor: Pair of Skate Socks, VIP Pass: Return 1 Trip Free Admission and glow item.
VIP Birthday Shout Out/Song.
Admission & skate rental for 20 Skating Guests (Non-skating spectators are not included in this total).
Additional Skaters may be added up to 50 @ $12 each.
4 Whole 16″ Pizzas (Your choice peperoni or cheese). 8 Slices per pizza.
4 Pitchers of Soda (Your choice)
Paper Products: Plates, cups, Napkins, forks, & tablecloths. (Decor color may vary based on availability).
A table is provided for your cake/cupcakes/gifts

A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at the time of booking for your party. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost due at the conclusion of your party.
We do not allow cancelations but in the event of an unforeseen circumstance we will reschedule within 365 days.

Exclusive Party

$650 (plus tax)

This party package is perfect for larger groups that want the rink all to themselves.

Don’t forget to inquire about the PARTY BUS option when booking your exclusive event.

$200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve date/time.
Deposit will be applied to party balance at the conclusion of your party.
We do allow guests to reschedule in the event of an unforeseen circumstance (must reschedule within 365 days).

Spirit Night

Interested in this option? Please contact our event planners at: info@bgskate.com. A representative from our team will be happy to assist you with rental pricing, availability, and your specific party planning needs.

Book a spirit night for your church/school/organization now. This fundraising opportunity is available for booking on Tuesday Nights. 25% of your party’s admission is returned to your organization. Please make sure your guest(s) check in as a spirit night group member at the door.

We reserve the right to change our fundraising options/plans/procedures at any time. Request for a spirit night must be officially approved by a manger. Scheduling a spirit night is a request for a time slot and does not guarantee booking until confirmed by manger. We reserve the right to decline events that are not in line with our company values.

BG Skate Party Bus

Available for our Private/VIP/Exclusive Events ONLY. Not available for individual hire.

*Includes Driver by the hour: Pick up and drop off at one location site.

Perfect for churches, collegiate events, Sweet 16, office parties, family reunions & other kid friendly events. Seats 42 Adults comfortably (can accommodate more with “littles”).

REFUNDS:
BG Skate does not offer refunds for Skate Party Packages. In the event of an emergency, our staff will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your rescheduling needs.
